8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CHATGPT ADS EXPERTS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ChatGPT Ads Experts and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content you provide to us

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, but all provisions that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Our services may integrate with third-party advertising platforms (including but not limited to OpenAI's ChatGPT platform). We are not responsible for the availability, terms, or performance of these third-party services.
